Our evening and weekend clinic allows us to provide non-emergency care to our patients, while keeping their history and medical records current. The clinic should be used for minor emergencies and sudden illnesses that are not serious enough for emergency room treatment. On-call physicians do not refill routine prescriptions, treat illnesses over the phone by calling in prescriptions for antibiotics, or phone in prescriptions for narcotics. One of our Parkview FirstCare providers works during these expanded hours.
